Dr. Rakesh Redhu commenced his medical journey by pursuing M.B.B.S from Pt. B.D Sharma P.G.I.M.S, Rohtak followed by M.S. (General Surgery), from P.G.I.M.E.R, Chandigarh. Thereafter, he completed his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He did his fellowship in neurosurgery from KEM itself for another six months after passing M.Ch. During his training in M.Ch. and fellowship, he had opportunity to work with eminent neurosurgeons and had a chance to operate upon diverse neurosurgical cases. He has worked in GMCH, Sector-32 for almost 2 years after his M.Ch. During that period, he operated upon hundreds of Cranial as well as Spinal cases.For last 14 years, he has worked as Consultant Neurosurgeon with several reputed hospitals in tricity. Till date, 1500 + neurosurgical cases have been operated by him.
