Research Project (Thesis)
Title: To Study Depression and Anxiety in Obstructive Sleep Apnea patients.
Study Design: Case- Control (50 cases and 50 controls); Polysomnography in all patients.
Duration: Jan 2009 to Aug. 2010 ( 20 months)
Result: Depression and Anxiety were significantly higher in OSA patients as compared to controls.
Significance: First Study of its Kind in India in sleep Laboratory settings
