Biography

DR. VARUN AGGARWAL did his Masters in Orthopedics from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh (2005-2008). After completing his course, he joined Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana wherein he furthered his training in joint replacement.

Dr. Varun Aggarwal has extensive training in the management of spin ailments including disc problems, lumbago, TB spine amongst others. He has hands-on experience in spine surgery for almost 8 years and has worked with many eminent spine surgeons of the region.

Dr. Varun has a special interest in joint replacement and peri-articular joint reconstruction. He has been active in preaching and training of joint preservation after complex trauma. Nonetheless, he has been regularly doing joint replacement surgeries.

Dr. Varun is an active member of many national and international orthopedic associations including the Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Association (APAS), Indian Orthopedic Association (IOA), POA.
